摘要
高层数控皮革裁床是皮革制品加工过程中必须用到的机加工工具。针对高层数控皮革裁床机加工过程中过窗裁剪插补中存在的问题,提出了一种优化相应的插补算法和速度规划算法。该算法对匀速/变速状态下直线、元素剪裁的插补路径进行优化,简化了一般高层数控皮革裁床机加工过窗剪裁工艺,提高了产品加工效率。
High-level CNC leather cutting machine is a necessary tool in the process of leather products process⁃ing.Aiming at the problems existing in the cutting and interpolation of through window in the machining process of high-level CNC leather cutting machine,an interpolation algorithm and speed planning algorithm were proposed to further optimize the interpolation path of straight line and element cutting at constant speed/variable speed,which simplified the cutting process of through window in general high-level CNC leather cutting machine and improved the processing efficiency.
