体育用品用合成革材料的制备研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于运动员剧烈运动时会产生热量与汗液,所以体育用品需具备良好的透气性、吸水性与机械性能。而随着各式各样合成革材料的衍生,以及制备工艺的不断改进,超细纤维合成革逐渐拥有了天然皮革的耐磨性、耐折性与舒适性等优势,还可为运动员提供轻质舒适的使用感。所以它逐步取代天然皮革成为体育用品制备领域用最新、最佳材料。本文以体育用品领域用超细纤维合成革材料为例,以改性纳米TiO2与水性聚氨酯等为主要材料对其进行了改性制备,并测试分析了其卫生性能与力学性能。结果发现,添加改性纳米TiO2的超细纤维合成革材料贮存稳定性整体表现良好;改性纳米TiO2的掺加在很大程度上提升了超细纤维合成革材料的透气性与透水汽性、耐水解性、耐磨性与耐折性,而掺加量为3%时材料性能表现最优。 Because athletes will produce heat and sweat during strenuous exercise,sports goods need to have good air permeability,water absorption and mechanical properties.With the derivation of various synthetic leather materials and the continuous improvement of the preparation process,microfiber synthetic leather materials gradually have the advantages of natural leather such as abrasion resistance,folding resistance and comfort,and can also provide light and comfortable feeling for athletes.So it graducally replaces natural leather as the latest and best mterial in the field of sports goods preparation.Taking the superfine fiber synthetic leather used in the field of sports goods as an example,the modified nano-TiO2 and waterborne polyurethane were used as the main materials to modify and prepare them,and their hygienic and mechanical properties are tested and analyzed.The results show that the storage stability of su⁃perfine fiber synthetic leather with modified nano-TiO2 is good.The addition of modified nano-TiO2 can greatly im⁃prove the air permeability,water vapor permeability,water hydrolysis resistance,wear resistance and folding resist⁃ance of microfiber synthetic leather,and the performance of the material is the best when the addition amount is 3%.
