摘要
控制铝合金扁铸锭中夹杂物的含量和尺寸是提升铝合金扁铸锭冶金质量的重要途径,而夹杂物种类的识别是定量和减少夹杂物的基础。利用金相、SEM、EDS及EPMA分析技术,通过对熔体处理各阶段3104合金扁铸锭夹杂物的种类和形貌特征进行识别,定量分析熔体处理对3104合金扁铸锭中夹杂物的影响,为调控、优化3104合金扁铸锭熔体处理工艺提供依据。
Controlling the amount and size of inclusions in aluminum alloy ingot is an important way to improve the metallurgical quality of aluminum alloy ingot,and the identification of inclusions is the basis of quantifying and reducing inclusions.In this study,metallographic,SEM,EDS,and EPMA analysis techniques were used to identify the types and morphological characteristics of the inclusions in the ingot of 3104 alloy at each stage of melting treatment,and to quantitatively analyze the influence of melting treatment on the inclusions in the ingot of alloy 3104,providing a basis for regulating and optimizing the melt purification of the ingot of alloy 3104.
