磁致伸缩位移传感器在轧机HGC领域的应用研究

摘要 介绍了湛江钢铁4 200 mm厚板厂轧机的HGC(液压辊缝控制)的控制原理,说明磁栅检测技术在HGC控制运用的现状,指出存在的问题并分析原因。结合该传感器在厚板轧机的运用经验,提出了一种新型的磁致伸缩位移传感器,在实践中取得了良好的应用效果,进一步阐述该技术在现场运用的优势和前景。 The control principle of hydraulic roll gap control(HGC)in the 4200 mm plate mill of Zhanjiang base was introduced,the current situation of the application of magnetic gate detection technology in HGC control was explained,the existing problems were pointed out,and the reasons were analyzed.Combined with the application experience of the sensor in plate mill,a new type of magnetostrictive displacement sensor was put forward.Good application results have been obtained in practice.The advantages and prospects of this technology in field application are further expounded.
