摘要
人力资源管理在大数据技术下发生很大变化。而在高校中,人力资源管理是十分重要且热门的专业课程,在大数据时代下,高校人力资源管理教学也需要进行有效变化。为实现高校对人力资源管理专业人才的培养,将大量人才输送给社会,更好符合社会对人才的要求,高校需要基于大数据技术优化创新人力资源管理教学。
Human resource management has undergone great changes under the big data technology.In colleges and universities,human resource management is a very important and popular professional course.In the era of big data,the teaching of human resource management in colleges and universities also needs to be effectively changed.In order to realize the training of human resource management professionals in colleges and universities,transfer a large number of talents to the society,and better meet the requirements of the society for talents,colleges and universities need to optimize and innovate human resource management teaching based on big data technology.
