Research on the Pattern,Generation and Cultivation of College Students'Labor Values in the New Era

高校展开劳动教育,整体教育核心侧重点应放置在培养大学生劳动价值观与劳动素养层面,为了实现新时代背景下与大学生劳动实践参与的要求,本文从劳动价值观样态层面探讨高校展开劳动教育的必要性,从劳动价值观生成层面分析大学生劳动价值观现存问题,从劳动价值观培育层面讨论促使大学生形成正确的劳动价值观,建立良好劳动素养的路径,希望可以为实现特色社会主义强国事业,培养更多的高素质劳动者。

The emphasis of labor education in colleges and universities should be placed on the cultivation of college students'labor values and labor literacy.In order to meet the requirements of college students'labor practice participation in the new era,this paper discusses the necessity of labor education in colleges and universities from the perspective of labor values,analyzes the existing problems of college students'labor values from the perspective of labor values generation,and from the perspective of labor values cultivation,and discusses the path to promote college students to form correct labor values and establish good labor quality,hoping to train more high-quality workers for the cause of building a strong socialist country with characteristics.
