高职扩招学生精准就业实施路径研究

Research on the Implementation Path of Accurate Employment for Students Enrolled in Higher Vocational Colleges

推动学生深度学习与有序就业,是当前职业教育的根本方针与核心目标。为此需根据高职院校扩招情势,全面透析学生就业的实际情况,在精准就业指导与帮扶方面生成具体与可行行动逻辑。高职院校扩招背景下服务与促进学生精准就业具体实施路径上,需实现五个精准:一基于科学的沟通机制精准和全面摸排高职生就业情况;二摸清就业情况的前提下精准疏导就业焦虑情绪;三利用云平台实现就业指导的精准推动;四秉承特事特办原则精准帮扶;五学生就业概念的内涵精准外延。

Promoting students'deep learning and orderly employment is the fundamental policy and core goal of current vocational education.In the context of enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges and universities,the specific implementation path of serving and promoting students'precise employment needs to achieve five precisions:first,accurately and comprehensively assess the employment situation of higher vocational students based on scientific communication mechanism;second,accurately ease the employment anxiety on the premise of finding out the employment situation;third,use the cloud platform to achieve the precise promotion of employment guidance;fourth,adhere to the principle of precise assistance for special affairs;fifth,the precise connotation and extension of the concept of student employment.
