摘要 新时代背景下,培养青年马克思主义者是建设中国特色社会主义的客观要求,能有效加强党和社会主义的建设,更好促进马克思主义中国化发展,有利于促进青年健康成长与发展。基于立德树人根本任务,高校思政教师应当积极承担起责任,明确新时代青年马克思主义者培养的重要目标:更好发挥青年的榜样引领作用,树立远大以及坚定的理想信念,建立完善广博专攻的知识系统,全面提升青年的实践创新能力,促进青年就业创业和全面发展。为达成这些目标,要做到:做好系统设计,实施三全育人;基于育人导向,建设培养系统;把握时代发展,实施多元培养;推送自学资源,辅助自我提升;整合社会资源,进行实践培养。大学思政教师等落实以上举措,能更好地培养新时代青年马克思主义者。 Under the background of the new era,cultivating young marxism is the objective requirement of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,which can effectively strengthen the construction of the Party and socialism,better promote the Chinese development of Marxism,and is conducive to promoting the healthy growth and development of the youth.Based on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,education teachers in colleges and universities should actively take responsibility,clear the new era of young marxist training important goal:better play a leading role of youth example,set up broad and firm ideal faith,improve the extensive knowledge system,improve the youth practice innovation ability,promote youth employment entrepreneurship and all-round development.To achieve these goals,we should do:good system design and comprehensive education;build a training system based on education orientation,grasp the development of the times and implement diversified training;push self-study resources to assist self-improvement;integrate social resources and conduct practical training.The implementation of university ideological and political measures can better train young Marxists in the new era.
