摘要
教学技能是师范生的核心素养,地方师院历史师范生教学技能培养中普遍存在:人才培养方案不完善,教学技能培养师资不足,教学技能培养深度不够,教育实践硬件保障不力,师范生内在动力缺失等问题。为担当使命,培养心系基础教育、教学技能强、综合素质高的未来教师,地方师院应秉承OBE理念,优化人才培养方案,凝聚合力铸就优秀师资队伍,多举措提升师范生教学技能;完善教学实训条件,提升历史师范生的职业认同。
Teaching skills are the core quality of normal university students.There are many problems in the training of teaching skills of historical normal university students in local normal colleges,such as imperfect talent training program,the shortage of teachers for teaching skills training,inadequate effectiveness and depth of education and teaching skills training,insufficient guarantee of educational practice hardware and internal motivation of normal university students.In order to fulfill the mission of cultivating new basic education teachers with profound educational feelings,strong practical ability and high comprehensive quality,local normal colleges should adhere to the concept of teacher certification,optimize the talent training program,pool forces to create excellent teachers,and take multiple measures to strengthen the teaching skills of normal students,improve the teaching and training conditions,strengthen the feelings of education and enhance the professional identity of history normal university students.
