摘要
本文以湖南省岳阳市历史文化街区为例,对比官方与游客的网络文本,统计岳阳市历史文化街区内高频词的关注次数并构建关注热点分析类目,以探寻官方与游客对热点类目的关注偏好与共现情况。研究结果表明,人文特征是官方关注偏好与共现偏好的核心;热门景点是游客关注偏好与共现偏好的核心;官方与游客的关注度和共现分布在游客行为上表现出显著性差异。因此,建议各级旅游管理部门明确街区主题,打造本土旅游街区;瞄准游客偏好,重视特色旅游活动;完善基础设施,增强感官互动体验。
Taking urban historic conservation areas in Yueyang as an example,this research compares the online texts from officials and tourists,counts the attention times of high-frequency words,and constructs the focus analysis category to explore the attention preference and co-occurrence of officials and tourists on hot spot categories.The results show that the human characteristics are the core of official attention preferences and cooccurring preferences,popular attractions are the core of tourist attention preferences and co-occurring preferences,and the attention and co-occurrence distribution between officials and visitors show significant differences in tourist behaviour.Therefore,it is suggested that tourism management departments should clarify the theme of the neighbourhood and create local tourism neighbourhood.Tourists'preferences and special tourism activities should be highly valued.The infrastructure should be improved to enhance the sensory interactive experience.
