摘要
茉莉酸(jasmonic acid,JA)是广泛存在于植物体内的一种重要的新型内源激素,也是植物体内重要的信号分子,JA不仅调控植物的生长发育,还响应逆境胁迫.基于JA信号的最新研究进展,归纳JA在植物中的合成、分解及信号转导途径,讨论JA信号在植物耐热、冷、旱、盐和重金属等胁迫中的作用,展望JA信号与其他信号分子的交互作用,以及在植物生物学中的研究方向.
Jasmonic acid(JA),widely occurring in plants,is an important new endogenous hormone and an important signal molecule in plants.JA not only regulates plant growth and development,but also responds to stress.Based on the latest research progress of JA signal,the synthesis,decomposition,and signal transduction pathways of JA in plants are summarized.The role of JA signal in the formation of plant resistance to heat,cold,drought,salt and heavy metal stress was discussed.Also,the interaction between JA and other signals as well as research direction in plant biology were prospected.
