超富集植物鬼针草富集土壤镉的特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过设置10、20、40 mg/kg和80 mg/kg 4个浓度镉(Cd)处理组及对照组,分析鬼针草在不同浓度Cd污染土壤中的富集特征.结果显示高浓度Cd污染的土壤抑制鬼针草的生长;不同浓度Cd处理下鬼针草各部位的生物量表现为茎>叶>根,各部位Cd的含量表现为叶>茎>根,各部位富集Cd的量表现为茎>叶>根;鬼针草富集Cd的量随土壤中Cd浓度的升高而升高.在土壤Cd浓度为20 mg/kg时鬼针草的富集系数和转运系数最大. In this study,the Cd accumulation characteristics of Bidens pilosa L.under different concentrations of Cd were analyzed by greenhouse experiments.We set up control,10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,40 mg/kg,and 80 mg/kg Cd contaminated soil,and compared the accumulation characteristics of B.pilosa.Our results showed that the high concentration of Cd contaminated soil inhibited the growth of B.pilosa.The biomass of different part of B.pilosa were stems>leaves>roots.The content of Cd in different part of B.pilosa were leaves>stems>roots,and the amount of Cd accumulated by different part of B.pilosa were stems>leaves>roots.The amount of Cd accumulated by B.pilosa increased with the increasing of soil Cd concentration.The accumulation coefficient and transport coefficient of Bidens pilosa L.were the largest when the soil Cd concentration was 20 mg/kg.
