腹壁血管纤维瘤1例

Angiofibroma of abdominal wall:a case report

摘要 在日常诊疗中,险将1例腹壁血管纤维瘤误诊为肝血管瘤,为积累经验教训,引以为鉴,现报道如下。1临床资料和诊疗情况患者为33岁青年女性,2年前体检,彩超提示肝血管瘤,未行治疗。每半年定期复查1次,近半年偶尔出现右上腹疼痛不适。为求进一步诊治,以肝血管瘤收入院。患者一般情况可。查体:右上腹触及约8.0 cm×4.0 cm包块,质韧.
