HER-2在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and significance of HER2 in gastric Carcinoma

目的:分析人类表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集手术切除的96例胃腺癌标本,进行病理组织学检查,采用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织中HER-2蛋白的表达。分析HER-2阳性表达与患者临床病理特征的关系,绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线,分析HER-2表达与患者总生存期的关系。结果:HER-2蛋白阳性48例,其中(1+)20例,(2+)20例,(3+)8例。HER-2阳性表达与不同病变部位、有无远处转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理类型、分化程度、有无复发、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。HER-2阳性患者总生存率低于阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HER-2蛋白表达与胃癌病变部位及远处转移相关,HER-2阳性患者总生存期较短。

Objective:To investigate the expression of HER2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER2)in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:A total of 96 gastric cancer samples were collected and examined by pathologic histology.The expression of HER2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between HER2 positive expression and the clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed.The Kaplan-Meier survival curve was plotted,and the relationship between HER2 expression and the overall survival was analyzed.Results:There were 48 cases positive for HER2 protein,including 20 cases(1+),20 cases(2+)and 8 cases(3+).Positive expression of HER2 was related to different lesion sites and distant metastasis(P<0.05),but not with gender,age,tumor size,pathological type,degree of differentiation,recurrence and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The overall survival of HER2-positive patients was lower than that of negative patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:HER2 protein expression was correlated with the location of gastric cancer lesions and distant metastases,and the overall survival of HER2-positive patients was shorter.
