摘要
舰载电子产品可靠性试验具有试验时间长、应力类型多、应力量值严酷等、样本量少等特点,对产品的耐环境能力具有很高要求。振动应力作为可靠性试验的综合应力之一,由于可靠性试验依据标准GJB899A-2009与GJB150.16A-2009等环境试验标准存在矛盾,对试验的实施经常带来不利影响。本文着重分析了不同标准振动应力特点,尤其是频率范围,对可靠性试验中实施振动应力裁剪提出了建议,可为类似产品提供借鉴。
The reliability test of shipborne electronic products with the characteristics of long test time,multiple stress types,severe stress values,and small sample size,has high requirements for the environmental resistance of products.As one of the comprehensive stresses in reliability testing,vibration stress often has a negative impact on the implementation of the test due to the contradiction between the reliability testing basis standard GJB899A-2009 and the environmental testing standards such as GJB150.16A-2009.This paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of different standard vibration stresses,especially the frequency range,and puts forward suggestions for implementing vibration stress tailoring in reliability testing,which can provide reference for similar products.
