热渗锌技术在轨道交通扣件防腐领域的应用研究

摘要 近年来,随着铁路工业的迅速发展,铁路网规模和覆盖面越来越广,大气污染、酸雨等恶劣环境对铁路扣件金属零部件的腐蚀问题日益突出,因此先进的表面处理工艺对于确保列车平稳安全运行至关重要。本论文介绍了扣件的腐蚀形态及影响因素,对比了扣件表面处理工艺的差异,详细论述了热渗锌技术在扣件防腐领域的最新研究进展,为热渗锌技术在轨道交通领域的应用提供技术支撑和理论依据。 With the rapid growth of the railway industry for the past few years,the scale and coverage of the railway network are becoming wider and wider,and the corrosion problem of the railway fastener metal parts caused by the harsh environment such as air pollution and acid rain is increasingly prominent.Therefore,advanced surface treatment technology is crucial to ensure smooth and safe operation of trains This paper introduces the corrosion forms and influencing factors of fasteners,compares the differences of surface treatment processes of fasteners,and discusses the latest research progress of sherardizing technology in the field of fastener corrosion prevention in detail,providing technical support and theoretical basis for the application of sherardizing technology in the field of rail transit.
