摘要
介绍了机载设备的供电适应性标准对启动冲击电流的要求,并对比了几种常用的启动冲击电流抑制方法的优缺点。提出并分析了一种控制MOS管DS两端电压来延迟开通MOS管的冲击电流抑制电路,该电路可避免MOS管长时间承受电应力而损坏,具有兼容性强、功耗低,可靠性高等优点。最后通过仿真软件和试验验证了该改进型冲击电流抑制电路的可行性。
This paper introduces the requirements of power supply adaptability standards for airborne equipment to start inrush current and compares several common start inrush current suppression circuits.On this basis,this paper proposes and analyzes a kind of inrush current suppression circuit which controls the voltage between drain to source of MOSFET to delay the opening of the MOSFET.This circuit can avoid the MOSFET being damaged by electric stress for a long time,and has the advantages of strong compatibility,low power consumption and high reliability.Finally,this paper verifies the feasibility of this circuit through software simulation and actual circuit.
