摘要
通过对某涡轴发动机在飞行过程中出现火警探测器虚警现象进行分析,结合火警探测系统工作原理,发现火警探测器的锁紧螺帽松动导致火警探测器输出电阻异常。通过机理分析,发现锁紧螺帽松动导致接触不良产生虚接。给出的改进措施可为该型发动机的设计改型提供理论支撑。
Based on the analysis of the False Alarm of Fire Detector in the flight process,combining with the working principle of fire detection system,it is found that the loose lock nut of the fire detector leads to abnormal output resistance.The comparison of relevant test data verifies the correctness of the analysis.The study of the paper provides reference for the improved design of the turbo-shaft engine.
