摘要
类金刚石(Diamond-likeCarbon,DLC)作为一类新颖的碳基薄膜材料,具有高硬度、低摩擦系数、良好的化学惰性和光学性能等优点,可应用于众多领域。近年来高疏水类金刚石薄膜吸引了广泛研究和关注。文章综述了类金刚石薄膜在疏水领域的国内外研究进展,并对其在直升机上的应用前景进行了展望。
Diamond-like carbon(DLc)films are widely utilized in many industries due to its high hardness,low friction coefficient,favorable chemical inertness and good optical properties.In recent years,the hydrophobic properties of DLC films have been extensively investigated.This paper introduces the recent development of hydrophobic DLc films,and its potential application on helicopters isprospected.
