对燃气热水器中的燃烧器进行稳定且可靠的点火,并使用稳定的工作,是整机开发中一个重要的环节。本文基于火焰传播理论,对水冷燃烧器点火常遇到点不着与爆燃的问题进行分析。从点火针位置、点火负荷、燃气压气等因素着手,对其不同原因提出可行的解决方法,其解决方法可供后续水冷燃烧器的整机应用借鉴。

Stable and reliable ignition of the burner and its stable operation in the gas water heater is an important part of the gas water heater development.Based on the theory of flame transfer,this thesis analyzes the problems of ignition failure and deflagration in the water-cooled burner.From the ignition needle position,ignition load,gas pressure and other factors,feasible solutions to different reasons are put forward,which can be used for reference in the future application of the water-cooled burner on the gas water heater.
