宽胸气雾剂改善冠心病心绞痛患者运动能力的研究

Efficacy of Kuanxiong Aerosol on Exercise Capacity in Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Patientss

目的观察宽胸气雾剂对冠心病心绞痛患者运动能力的影响。方法将18例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为试验组(12例)及对照组(6例),对照组接受常规康复治疗,试验组在常规康复治疗基础上使用宽胸气雾剂40天(2揿/次,每日3次)。比较两组患者治疗前后的最大摄氧量最大值/预计值%(%VO_(2max))、西雅图心绞痛量表评分(SAQ)、胸痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、退伍军人特定活动问卷评分(VSAQ)、生活质量量表(SF-36),并记录随访60天运动天数。结果两组均无脱落,试验组12例、对照组6例均纳入统计分析。与本组治疗前比较,试验组治疗40天%VO_(2max)和SF-36升高,治疗20、40天SAQ中心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况及VSAQ升高,VAS降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗40天%VO_(2max)和SF-36升高,治疗20、40天SAQ心绞痛稳定状态升高(P<0.05)。与对照组同期比较,试验组治疗40天%VO_(2max)和SF-36升高,治疗60天运动天数增加(P<0.05)。结论宽胸气雾剂可改善冠心病心绞痛患者的运动能力、心肺功能和生活质量。中国临床试验注册中心注册(No.ChiCTR2000030712)。

Objective To observe the effect of Kuanxiong Aerosol on exercise capacity in coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris(AP)patients.Methods Totally 18 CHD AP patients were randomly assigned to experimental group(12 cases)and control group(6 cases).The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and Kuanxiong Aerosol was given for 40 days(2 puds/time,3 times per day)in addition to conventional rehabilitation treatment in the experimental group.The changes of maximum oxygen uptake/predicted value %(%VO_(2max)),Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Veterans Specific Activity Questionnaire(VSAQ),and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36)were measured in 2 groups before and after treatment,the exercise days were recorded in 60-day follow-up.Results There was no dropout in both groups,and the statistical analysis included 12 cases in experimental group and 6 cases in control group.Compared with baseline,%VO_(2max) and SF-36 increased in 40-day treatment,anginal stability,anginal frequency in the SAQ and VSAQ increased,VAS decreased in 20-day and 40-day treatment in experimental group(P<0.05).The %VO_(2ma)x and SF-36 increased in 40-day treatment,SAQ anginal stability increased in 20-day and 40-day treatment in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group in the same time,%VO_(2max) and SF-36 increased in 40-day treatment,number of exercise days increased in 60-day follow-up in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuanxiong Aerosol can improve the exercise capacity,cardiopulmonary function and quality of life in CHD AP patients.Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(No.ChiCTR2000030712)
