摘要 为弥补传统人工在河湖“清四乱”外业监管工作中不高效、不全面、不及时、不精确的问题,应用遥感技术构建了空天地一体化监测体系,开展了贯穿河湖“清四乱”全过程的巡查、详查、核查、复查等工作。结果表明,遥感技术可以助力河湖“清四乱”专项行动提高工作效率、减少监管漏洞、增加巡查频率、提升定位精度,在推进河湖“清四乱”常态化、规范化进程中具有广泛应用前景。 In order to address the issues of inefficiency,incompleteness,untimeliness,and inaccuracy associated with traditional manual monitoring of the“correction of illegal occupation,extraction,cluttering and construction(four illegal acts)”in river and lake areas,remote sensing technology has been utilized to establish an integrated air-earth-sky monitoring system.This system facilitates comprehensive inspections,detailed investigations,verifications,and reexaminations throughout the entire process of managing the“four illegal acts”in rivers and lakes.The results demonstrate that remote sensing technology can enhance work efficiency,reduce regulatory loopholes,increase inspection frequency,and improve positioning accuracy during special operations.Remote sensing technology holds significant prospects for promoting the normalization and standardization of regulation and correction activities in river and lake areas.
