摘要
为实现造纸企业对于污水状态的实时检测,提出了一套基于PLC和传感器设备的造纸污水检测系统。基于造纸污水管理工作的一般要求提出了污水检测系统的硬件结构,通过DM9000模块和RJ45接口实现STM32型PLC与互联网之间的信息传输,通过与PLC连接的各种传感器元件采集污水状态数据,最后经由PC和移动端设备实时展示污水状态信息。
In order to realize the real-time detection of wastewater status in paper enterprises,a paper wastewater detection system based on PLC and sensor equipment is proposed in this study.Based on the general requirements of papermaking wastewater management,the hardware structure of the wastewater detection system is proposed.The information transmission between STM32 PLC and the internet is realized through the DM9000 module and RJ45 interface.The sewage status data is collected through various sensor elements connected with the PLC.Finally,the sewage status information is displayed in real time through the PC and mobile terminal equipment.
