摘要 为了推进深圳都市圈城际铁路客站智能化建设,综合借鉴了国内外铁路客站、地铁客站智能化建设经验。全面分析了深圳城际铁路客站乘客出行、运行管控、安全保障、设备运维业务需求,提出了智能城际客站的设计理念,依据需求及设计理念提出了总体架构、技术架构及网络架构。从技术与业务结合角度提出了“平台+应用”模式的功能框架,设计了平台服务功能,研究设计了针对乘客服务、生产组织、安全应急、绿色节能四大方面的智能化应用功能和集成化展示功能。研究提出了不同车站配属不同功能的建议,分析了应用效果和产生的效益。研究设计的智能客站,为深圳城际铁路提供了一种客站智能化建设和运营思路,能够满足乘客对出行便捷温馨的需求,满足站务人员对指挥高效协同、安全实时保障、设备节能管控的需求。 In order to promote the intelligent construction of intercity railway passenger stations in the Shenzhen metropolitan area,this paper comprehensively learned from the intelligent construction experience of railway and subway passenger stations in China and abroad.Passenger travel,operation control,security assurance,and equipment operation and maintenance of Shenzhen intercity railway passenger stations were comprehensively analyzed.A design concept for an intelligent intercity passenger station was proposed.According to the requirements and design concepts,the overall architecture,technical architecture,and network architecture were proposed.The functional framework of the“platform+application”model was proposed from the perspective of technology and business.The platform service functions were designed.The intelligent application functions and integrated display application functions for passenger service,production organization,safety emergency response,and green energy saving were studied and designed.Suggestions on assigning different functions to different stations were put forward,and the application effects and generated benefits were analyzed.The intelligent passenger station designed in this paper provides an intelligent construction and operation idea for Shenzhen intercity railway passenger stations,which can meet the needs of passengers for convenient and warm travel and meet the needs of station staff for efficient command coordination,real-time safety assurance,and energysaving control of equipment.
