朱砂拌衣类中药饮片的临床应用研究进展

Research progress on the clinical application of cinnabar-coating traditional Chinese medicine

中国药典记载朱砂有清心、镇惊、安神、明目、解毒之功效。临床中医学将朱砂用于治疗心悸、失眠、多梦、癫痫或小儿惊风等。朱砂拌衣可增加药物的镇心、安神作用。临床现已将朱茯苓、朱麦冬、朱茯神等朱砂拌衣中药饮片入煎剂。但因朱砂拌衣类中药饮片已知的毒性,其在临床应用中尚有争议。不过,合理、规范使用朱砂拌衣类中药饮片在临床获得的疗效,已得到中医学者的认可。基于目前已有的对朱砂的毒性、炮制工艺、临床应用的相关研究基础,建议中医药权威机构集合各领域的专家学者不断完善朱砂制作通则和临床应用剂量标准的相关法规,出台必要的专家共识,以指导临床一线更合理地应用朱砂拌衣类中药饮片,使之在确保用药安全的前提下充分发挥中医药特色的临床作用,体现其临床应用的价值。此为本文立项所在,并为此作以综述。

According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,cinnabar has the effects of clearing the heart,calming the nerves,brightening the eyes,and detoxifying.In clinical Chinese medicine,cinnabar is used to treat palpitations,insomnia,dreaminess,epilepsy,and infantile convulsions.Coating the surface of medicine with cinnabar in fine powder can increase the medicine’s sedative and calming effects.Clinicaly,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)such as Zhu Fuling,Zhu Maidong,and Zhu Fushen has been mixed with cinnabar to form decoction.However,due to the known toxicity of cinnabar-coating TCM,clinical application is still controversial.The clinical efficacy of rational and standardized use of cinnabar-coating TCM has been recognized by Chinese medicine practitioners.Based on the existing research foundation on the toxicity,processing technology,and clinical application of cinnabar,it is recommended that the authoritative institutions of TCM gather experts and scholars from various fields to continuously improve the relevant regulations on the general principles of cinnabar production and clinical application dosage standards.Necessary expert consensus should be established to guide the rational prescription and application of cinnabar-coating TCM in clinical practice,fully realizing the clinical value of TCM while ensuring medication safety.This is the subject of the project on which this article is based and a review will be provided as a result.
