焦磷酸表面改性海胆状四氧化三铁对顺丁橡胶阻燃和导热性能的影响

摘要 制备了一种焦磷酸表面改性海胆状四氧化三铁(UFSP)阻燃剂,并协同阻燃剂二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)阻燃顺丁橡胶,使其具有优异的阻燃效果,采用SEM证明了阻燃剂海胆状结构的成功制备,研究其对顺丁橡胶热性能和阻燃性能的影响。热重分析表明,当加入UFSP后可以提高顺丁橡胶的残炭量,而且顺丁橡胶热释放峰值(pHRR)与总热释放(THR)分别降低了33.3%和28.7%,极限氧指数达到31.7%。这得益于UFSP与ADP的协同阻燃,并分析其可能的阻燃机理。此外,海胆状四氧化三铁加入后对于顺丁橡胶复合材料的导热性能具有明显提高。 Flame retardant of sea urchin like ferroferric oxide modified by pyrophosphoric acid(UFSP)was prepared,and used with aluminum diethylphosphinate(ADP)to flame retardant cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber,which has excellent flame retardant effect.The sea urchin structure flame retardant was prepared successfully,which proved by SEM.The influence on the thermal properties and flame retardancy of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber was studied.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that when UFSP was added,the carbon residual content of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber could be increased.Moreover,the peak heat release(pHRR)and total heat release(THR)of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber decreased by 33.3%and 28.7%respectively,and the limiting oxygen index reached 31.7%.This is due to the synergistic flame retardancy of UFSP and ADP,and the possible flame retardancy mechanism was analyzed.In addition,the addition of sea urchin like ferroferric oxide can significantly improve the thermal conductivity of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber composites.
