摘要
研究了银离子和N-甲基咪唑的特殊络合行为,对银和N-甲基咪唑的络合过程进行定量分析,发现并制备了新型银离子络合物,该新型银离子络合物对卤素稳定,同时研究了该新型银离子络合物的抗菌性能。结果表明,大肠杆菌和酵母菌在氮甲基咪唑络合银离子的影响下形成了明显的抑菌圈,可见氮甲基咪唑络合银离子的抗菌效果良好。
The special complexing behavior between silver ion and N-methylimidazole was studied,and a new type of silver ion complex which is stable to halogen was prepared.Also the antibacterial properties of the new silver ion complex were studied,and the colony of escherichia coli and yeast formed an obvious antibacterial zone under the influence of the complex,showing its good antibacterial effect.
