微反应器中丙烯酸羟乙酯改性异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯的实验研究

摘要 丙烯酸羟乙酯改性异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯与其他丙烯酸酯类单体共聚合,可以提高聚合物的热分解温度,提高聚合物膜的硬度,改善聚合物的耐水性、自洁性、耐划伤性能及耐黄变性能。实验研究了一种采用传质传热性能优异的微结构反应器来合成丙烯酸羟乙酯改性异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯单体的方法,对反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、流速、管径等反应条件进行优化,并用实验室自制的聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂进行加与不加改性单体共聚的固化膜进行性能对比研究,结果表明,以管径1 mm,流速为2 mL/min,停留时间为3.5 min,反应温度为70℃,催化剂用量为1.5%的条件最优,该条件下转化率高。加丙烯酸羟乙酯改性异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯单体共聚的固化膜在耐热、硬度以及耐水性能等方面更加优异。 Copolymerization of hydroxyethyl acrylate modified isoflurone diisocyanate with other acrylate monomers can increase the thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer,improve the hardness of the polymer film,and improve the water resistance,self-cleaning,scratch resistance and yellowing resistance of the polymer.A method of synthesizing hydroxyethyl acrylate modified isoflurone diisocyanate monomer in a micro structure reactor with excellent mass transfer and heat transfer performance was studied experimentally.The reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of catalyst,flow rate and pipe diameter were optimized.The performance of the cured film copolymerized with and without modified monomers using polyurethane acrylic resin made in the laboratory was compared.The results showed that at a pipe diameter of 1 mm,the flow rate is 2 mL/min,the retention time is 3.5 min,the reaction temperature is 70℃,and the catalyst dosage is 1.5%.The cured film copolymerized with hydroxyethyl acrylate modified isoflurone diisocyanate monomer is more excellent in heat resistance,hardness and water resistance.
