摘要
以聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇(PPCD)、聚1,3-丙二醇(PO3G)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺(EDA)为硬段制备出系列生物基水性聚氨酯(WPU)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)谱图对WPU进行了结构表征,动态热机械分析(DMTA)显示,随着PO3G含量的提高,WPU的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从-17.4℃下降至-33.8℃。实验数据表明:m(PPCD)/m(PO3G)=25/75,DMPA=3.0wt%时制得的WPU性能最佳,制备出的聚氨酯合成革的剥离强度达112 N/3 cm,Taber H-181000 g耐磨1500转,-20℃3万次耐折牢,酒精擦拭20次合格,可满足合成革对力学性能的要求。
A series of bio based waterborne polyurethane(WPU)were prepared with polypropylene glycol carbonate(PPCD),poly 1,3-propylene glycol(PO3G)as soft segments,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),1,3-propylene glycol(1,3-PG),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and ethylenediamine(EDA)as hard segments.The structure of WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).Dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMTA)showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg)of WPU decreased from -17.4℃ to-33.8℃ with the increase of PO3G content.The experimental data show that the performance of WPU is the best when m(PPCD)/M (PO3G)=25/75 and DMPA=3.0wt%.The peel strength of synthetic leather is 112 N/3 cm,Taber H-181000 g,wear resistance of 1500 revolutions,folding resistance of 30000 times at-20℃ and alcohol wiping for 20 times,which meet the performance requirements of synthetic leather.
