摘要
石化企业储运罐区储罐保护氮气为连续使用且耗量大,不同储罐类型、不同介质储罐排放的污氮组分、浓度以及危害性相差大。采用罐组污氮预处理+罐区污氮集中处理的技术方案整体处理罐区中实施了氮封常压罐排放的污氮,对油气浓度高且含硫的拱顶罐罐组排放污氮采用常温柴油吸收+碱液脱硫组合法进行脱烃脱硫预处理,再与内浮顶罐罐组排放污氮集中回收;采用组合式变压吸附法集中处理罐区污氮,得到99.9%纯度氮气作为罐区储罐保护氮气循环利用,改变目前储罐保护氮气为一次性用气的现状,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The large amount of nitrogen consumption for sealing storage tanks in petrochemical industry cause high cost.The different type of storage tanks and the different components in storage tanks means the complex components,concentrations and hazard of waste nitrogen.The introduced technology to treat waste nitrogen in storage tanks is using Pretreatment and Centralized Treatment technology.The waste nitrogen with high oil gas concentration and some hydrogen sulfide is pretreated by the Normal Temperature Diesel Absorption and Desulfurization by Alkali Solution technology to remove hydrocarbon and sulfide components.Then treated centrally by pressure swing adsorption(PSA).Finally the 99.9%purity nitrogen could be recycled to seal storage tanks.The technology can solve the problem that sealing nitrogen of storage tanks is one time consumption and have significant economic and social benefits.
