摘要
通过2021年在10地花生上施用40%氯酯磺草胺水分散粒剂的残留试验,旨在建立一种氯酯磺草胺和氯酯磺草胺酸的超高效液相色谱串联质谱联用仪(UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。经方法验证,其定量限可达0.01 mg/kg,具有较高的灵敏度、准确度和重复性。利用该方法分析了2021年10地氯酯磺草胺及其代谢物氯酯磺草胺酸在花生仁和花生秸秆的残留水平,结果显示二者含量均≤0.1 mg/kg,符合残留限量参考值。
Through the residue experiment of 40%cloransulam-methyl water dispersible granule(WDG)in ten places a year for peanuts(2021),we built a method to analyse cloransulam-methyl and cloransulamby UPLC-MS/MS.The limit of quantitation is 0.01 mg/kg.Further,we analysed the residue level of cloransulam-methyl and cloransulam in peanuts.All results are less than or equal to 0.01 mg/kg.The results conform to the reference values of residue limit standard.
