摘要
根据《水质四乙基铅的测定顶空/气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ 959-2018)[1]建立顶空进样、气相色谱-质谱测定地表水中四乙基铅的方法。通过测定检出限、测定下限、准确度、精密度和对实际样品加标回收进行分析和研究,验证该方法在实验室内的准确可行性。结果显示:实验室测定四乙基铅的检出限为0.018μg/L,测定下限为0.072μg/L,标准偏差为3.0%~5.9%,回收率为97.5%~102%,结果均满足HJ 959-2018的要求。
A method for the determination of tetraethyl lead in surface water by headspace injection and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established according to the Water Quality Determination of Tetraethyl Lead by Headspace/Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(HJ 959-2018).The accuracy and feasibility of this method in the laboratory were verified by the determination of detection limit,lower limit,accuracy,precision and the analysis and study of the actual sample spiking recovery.The results showed that the detection limit of tetraethyl lead in the laboratory was 0.018 g/L.The lower limit of determination is 0.072 g/L.The standard deviation is 3.0%~5.9%respectively.The recovery rates were 97.5%~102%respectively.The results meet the requirements of HJ 959-2018.
