摘要
研究了一种采用离子色谱法测定PVB树脂中醋酸钾含量的方法。首先采用乙醇溶解PVB树脂,再将溶解后的样品缓慢加入一定量去离子水中加热回流,待全部溶解后冷凝过滤,滤液再采用离子色谱仪进行检测,方法相对标准偏差小于5%,样品加标回收率在97.0%~104.3%之间。实验表明,该方法准确度高,重复性好,简单易行,方便可靠,可满足定量分析要求。
A method for the determination of potassium acetate in PVB resin by ion chromatography was studied.This method uses ethanol to dissolve PVB resin,and then slowly add the dissolved sample into a certain amount of water for heating and refluxing.After all the samples are dissolved,they are condensed and filtered,and the filtrate is detected by ion chromatography.The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 5%,and the recovery rate of the sample is between 97.0%and 104.3%,indicating that the method has high accuracy and good repeatability,and the method is simple,convenient and reliable,which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
