海中承台钢套箱施工关键技术研究

摘要 深中通道伶仃洋大桥西索塔位于珠江出海口海中,承台区域河床地势起伏较大,常水位水深8~16 m,施工环境恶劣。文章详细介绍了该项目承台钢套箱设计及沉放关键技术,单个钢套箱总重约1 851 t,钢套箱全部在厂内加工、拼装,由船舶整体运输,大型浮式起重机整体沉放,解决了海中深大承台施工难题,提高了施工质量,加快了施工工期,并在深中通道伶仃洋大桥西索塔承台施工中成功应用,对类似工程具有重要的参考意义。 The west cable tower of Lingdingyang Bridge in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is located in the estuary of the Pearl River.The riverbed terrain in the bearing platform area is undulating,the normal water level is 8-16 m,and the construction environment is harsh.The key technologies for the design and sinking of the steel boxed bearing platform of the project are introduced in detail.The total weight of a single steel box is about 1851 t.All steel boxes are processed and assembled in the factory and transported by the ship and sunk by a large floating crane as a whole,which solves the problem of the deep and large bearing platform construction in the sea,improves the construction quality and accelerates the construction period.It has been successfully applied in the construction of the west cable tower bearing platform of the Lingdingyang Bridge in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,which has important reference significance for similar projects.
