碳纤维供热方式在混凝土轨枕养护中的应用

摘要 传统混凝土轨枕养护为蒸汽养护方式,蒸汽养护采用燃煤(气)锅炉产生蒸汽对轨枕进行养护,该养护需配备蒸汽锅炉及特种设备操作人员,并耗费大量的煤炭或天然气提供动力。结合目前混凝土轨枕生产的养护工艺和综合考量碳纤维优异的力学、电学、热学等性能在多领域的实际应用现状,将碳纤维作为发热线缆用于轨枕的加热热源成为可能。文章阐述了碳纤维的性能,并结合轨枕养护工艺需求,设计了供热新方式的实施方案,通过详实的质量检测体系验证了方案的有效性。 The traditional maintenance method for concrete sleepers is steam curing,which uses coal-fired(gas)boilers to generate steam for the maintenance of the sleepers.This kind of maintenance requires steam boilers and special equipment operators,and consumes a lot of coal or natural gas to provide power.Combined with the current maintenance technology of concrete sleeper production and the practical application status of carbon fiber's excellent mechanical,electrical and thermal properties in multiple fields,it is possible to use carbon fiber as a heating source for sleeper heating as a heating cable.The performance of carbon fiber is expounded.Combined with the requirements of sleeper maintenance process,the implementation scheme of new heating method is designed.The effectiveness of the scheme is verified through detailed quality inspection system.
