摘要
为推广透水降噪沥青路面在高速公路中的应用,分析透水降噪沥青路面OGFC的性能特点,文章通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验等对其路用性能进行了测试,结果表明:在车辙试验中,OGFC沥青路面的动稳定度为4 846次/min,其高温稳定性良好;在浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验中,OGFC沥青路面的残留稳定度为88.7%,冻融劈裂强度比为88%,水稳定性良好;在渗水试验中,OGFC沥青路面的渗水系数为1 275 mL/15 s,透水性能好。实际工程验证发现,OGFC的透水和降噪性能十分良好,其在施工1 a后的渗水系数达2 732 mL/min,交通噪声比AC沥青路面降低3~5 dB,在高速公路上应用效果良好。
In order to promote the application of permeable and noise-reducing asphalt pavement in expressways and analyze the performance characteristics of permeable and noise-reducing asphalt pavement OGFC,the road performance is tested through rutting test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The results show that in rutting test,the dynamic stability of OGFC asphalt pavement is 4846 times/min,and its high temperature stability is good.In the immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test,the residual stability of OGFC asphalt pavement is 88.7%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 88%,and the water stability is good.In the permeability test,the permeability coefficient of OGFC asphalt pavement is 1 275 mL/15 s, and the permeability is good. The practical engineering verification shows that the permeability and noise reduction performance of OGFC is very good. After one year of construction, the permeability coefficient of OGFC is 2 732 mL/min, and the traffic noise is 3-5 dB lower than that of AC asphalt pavement, which has good application effect on expressways.
