摘要
城市排水管道缺陷是排水系统运行效能发挥的重要影响因素之一。文章以长三角某地住宅小区为例,结合排水管道检测成果,分析排水管道缺陷特征,并针对排水管道的修复及养护提出了相应建议。结果表明:排水管道缺陷点位共计1 073处,平均每千米41.1处;结构性缺陷总点位数806处,以破裂、变形、起伏、错口缺陷为主,占比87%;功能性缺陷总点位数267处,以障碍物、沉积、残墙坝根缺陷为主,占比84%;UPVC管缺陷点位数、缺陷总管长占比均多于HDPE管;管道缺陷原因主要包括管道基础及回填施工质量差、管材质量有问题、施工验收不规范、日常养护不到位等。
The defect of urban drainage pipeline is one of the important factors affecting the operation efficiency of drainage system.Taking a residential community in the Yangtze River Delta as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of drainage pipeline defects based on the inspection results of drainage pipelines,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the repair and maintenance of drainage pipelines.The results show that there are 1073 defect points in the drainage pipelines,with an average of 41.1 points per kilometer.The total number of structural defects is 806,mainly including fracture,deformation,fluctuation and dislocation defects,accounting for 87%.The total number of functional defects is 267,mainly including obstacles,sedimentation and residual wall and dam root defects,accounting for 84%.The number of defect points and the proportion of total defect length in UPVC pipes are more than those in HDPE pipes.The main reasons for pipeline defects include poor quality of pipeline foundation and backfilling construction, quality problems of pipe materials, non-standard construction acceptance, and inadequate daily maintenance.
