摘要
为了提高市政工程造价管理水平,文章首先分析了市政工程造价的基本特点和设计阶段存在的问题,随后探讨了价值系数法和限额设计法在市政工程设计阶段造价控制中的具体应用;最后以某城市主干道桥梁为研究对象,利用价值系数法计算了引桥上部结构、桥面铺装层的功能评价系数、成本系数、价值系数,得到了最优的设计方案,显著节省了该项目的工程造价。
In order to improve the level of municipal engineering cost management,the basic characteristics of municipal engineering cost and the problems existing in the design stage are first analyzed.Then,the specific applications of the value coefficient method and the quota design method in the cost control of municipal engineering design stage are explored.Finally,taking a main road bridge in a city as the research object,the function evaluation coefficient,cost coefficient and value coefficient of the upper structure and the deck pavement of the approach bridge are calculated by the value coefficient method,and the optimal design scheme is obtained,which significantly saves the engineering cost of the project.
