进度管理作为工程项目施工的重要环节,对工程质量和整个项目进程有直接影响,但建筑市场竞争环境愈发复杂,个别企业为提高自身经济效益,利用各种加快进度方式,并未真正考虑工程施工是否符合行业要求,只是盲目追赶工程施工进度,给公路工程施工安全性带来了严重影响。基于此,文章阐述公路工程质量和进度控制的重要作用及其影响因素,结合现场实际情况制定科学的公路工程质量和进度管理措施,确保施工质量和进度控制的合理性,使施工进程达到预期标准。

As an important part of engineering project construction,schedule management has a direct influence on engineering quality and the whole project process.However,the competition environment of construction market is becoming more and more complex.Some enterprises use various ways to speed up the schedule without truly considering whether the construction meets industry requirements in order to improve their own economic benefits.They only blindly accelerate the construction schedule,which has a serious influence on the safety of highway engineering construction.Based on this,this paper expounds the important role and influencing factors of highway engineering quality and schedule control,and formulates scientific highway engineering quality and schedule management measures in combination with the actual situation on site,so as to ensure the rationality of construction quality and schedule control and make the construction process reach the expected standard.
