大跨度曲线钢箱梁上跨双线铁路拖拉施工关键技术研究

摘要 文章以宁马高速公路改扩建工程刘村分离式主线桥钢箱梁拖拉上跨梅山铁路、宁芜铁路施工为工程背景,针对大跨度曲线钢箱梁拖拉跨越双线铁路导梁悬停在铁路上方时间长、铁路封锁拖拉施工时间短、拖拉施工线型控制要求高等施工难点,首先通过BIM+GIS技术对拖拉全过程进行了施工模拟,然后对拖拉全过程运用有限元进行计算分析,最后结合现场试验、线型控制等方式对钢箱梁拖拉关键工序展开研究。研究结果进一步完善了钢箱梁拖拉上跨双线铁路施工关键技术及工艺措施,可为类似工程施工提供经验借鉴。 Based on the construction of the Liucun separated main bridge steel box girders dragging over the Meishan Railway and the Ningwu Railway in the reconstruction and expansion project of the Nanjing-Ma'anshan Expressway,and in view of the construction difficulties of the large-span curved steel box girder dragging over the double track railway,such as long suspension time of the guide girder above the railway,short construction time of railway blockade dragging,and high requirements for linear control in dragging construction,the entire dragging process is simulated by BIM+GIS technology firstly.Then,the entire dragging process is calculated and analyzed by finite element method.Finally,the key procedures of steel box girder dragging is studied through on-site test,linear control,and other methods.The research results further improve the key technology and process measures for steel box girder dragging over double track railway construction,which can provide experience and reference for similar engineering construction.
