城市轨道交通与过街通道接驳工程设计及管理措施探讨

The Discussion on the Design and Management Measures of the Connection Engineering Between Urban Rail Transit and Street Crossing Channels

随着城市轨道交通网络的不断完善,城市轨道交通与周边商业地块的接驳进入追求高质量发展的新阶段。文章以贵阳市轨道交通2号线白云中路站与白云区云峰大道、白云中路人行地下过街通道接驳工程施工为例,阐述轨道交通场站接口管理措施,探讨接驳工程中存在的不足,并从规划及建设管理两个方面提出建议,以便后续类似工程合理利用地下空间,实现轨道交通与周边商业的良性互补,为类似建设项目施工提供相关管理经验。

With the continuous improvement of urban rail transit network,the connection between urban rail transit and surrounding commercial plots has entered a new stage of pursuing high-quality development.Taking the connection engineering construction between Middle Baiyun Road Station on Guiyang Rail Transit Line 2 and the pedestrian underpass of Yunfeng Avenue and Middle Baiyun Road in Baiyun District as an example,this paper expounds the interface management measures of the rail transit station,discusses the shortcomings in the connection engineering,and puts forward suggestions from two aspects of planning and construction management,so as to make rational use of underground space in similar projects in the future and achieve benign complementarity between rail transit and surrounding businesses,which provides relevant management experience for similar construction projects.
