摘要
本文设计了一种新型的可以测量角度以及位移的变极板正对面积式的差动电容测量仪。其中电容部分是由四块内极板以及一块外极板按照一定的方式安装形成的。当测量仪进行角度位移测量时,待测物体带动外极板旋转平移,外极板与四块内极板所形成电容的电容值发生变化;之后利用差动电容测量电路对这一变化进行测量,进而得出测量电路输出与电容值变化的关系,从而得到角度和位移的变化量,实现角度和位移的测量。
This article presents a novel differential capacitance measurement instrument based on the area formula for opposing variable capacitive plates,which is capable of measuring both angle and displacement.The capacitance part is composed of four inner plates and one outer plate installed in a certain way.When measuring angle displacement,the object to be measured drives the outer plate to rotate and translate,causing the capacitance value of the capacitor formed by the outer plate and the four inner plates to change.Then,the differential capacitance measurement circuit is used to measure this change,and the relationship between the measurement circuit output and the capacitance value change is obtained,thereby obtaining the changes in angle and displacement and achieving the measurement of angle and displacement.
