Chinese Path to Modernization and New Breakthroughs in Promoting the Overall Revitalization of Northeast China:Review on the 11th Forum on the Overall Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base of Liaoning Province

“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”和“推动东北全面振兴取得新突破”是党的二十大提出的中心任务和决策部署。在辽宁大学举办的“第十一届全面振兴辽宁老工业基地论坛”上,与会专家围绕发挥东北优势推动全面振兴,应对新变化、发展新经济、实现新突破,东北全面振兴机遇与挑战并存,推动数字辽宁、“智造”强省建设,持续推进东北振兴体制机制创新等进行了研讨。

“To advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through the Chinese path to modernization”and“make new breakthroughs in the overall revitalization of Northeast China”are the central tasks and decision-making arrangements proposed on the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.On the“11th Forum on the Overall Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base of Liaoning Province”hosted by Liaoning University,the experts present discussed how to give full play to the advantages of Northeast China to promote the overall revitalization,cope with new changes,develop new economy and make new breakthroughs,confront opportunities and challenges of the overall revitalization of Northeast China,promote the construction of a strong province by virtue of digital Liaoning and intelligent manufacturing,and keep promoting the system innovation and mechanism innovation for the revitalization of Northeast China.
