摘要
通过对宁武县某煤矿上的入筛输送机走廊主体结构现状检测的研究,分析了该类构筑物升级改造前需要重点检查和检测哪些方面的内容,并根据现场实测材料强度、结构构造的布置形式及各种工况组合等数据,按改造升级后的荷载值,对受检的构筑物进行了建模验算,以把握其结构构件的安全和质量状况,为下一步升级改造工作提供原始数据及处理建议,确保升级改造工作安全顺利地进行。
According to the research on the current test of the main structure of the sieve conveyor gallery at some coal mine of Ningwu County,the paper analyzes the key check procedure and main check points before the upgrading reconstruction of the structures,undertakes the modelling calculus on the tested structures according to the loading value after the upgrading reconstruction according to the strength of the tested materials,the layout of the structure components,and combinations of operating conditions,so as to master the safety and quality of the structure components,provide original data and treatment advice for further upgrading reconstruction and to ensure the smoothness of the upgrading reconstruction.
