慢性乙型肝炎低病毒血症诊疗的研究进展

Progress in diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B low-level viraemia

慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者即使接受了规范的抗病毒治疗,仍可能出现低病毒血症(low-level viraemia,LLV)的情况。随着检验及治疗技术发展,LLV受到了更多关注,CHB患者低病毒状态所带来的危害也逐渐被重视。近年来,关于LLV治疗的报道越来越多。该文章通过对慢性乙型肝炎患者低病毒血症的诊断、危害及一线核苷(酸)类似物(nucleotide analogues,NAs)疗效进展进行探讨,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。

Patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)may still experience low level viremia(LLV)even after receiving standardized antiviral treatment.With the development of testing and treatment technology,LLV has received more attention,and the harm caused by low viral status in CHB patients is gradually being taken seriously.In recent years,there have been increasing reports on the treatment of LLV.This article explores the diagnosis,harm,and progress of first-line nucleoside analogues(NAs)in the treatment of hypoviremia in patients with chronic hepatitis B,with the aim of providing relevant medical recommendations for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
