焦点解决团体治疗对抑郁障碍患者的效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of solution-focused group therapy for depressive disorder

目的 观察焦点解决团体治疗联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁障碍患者的临床效果。方法 将84例患者按照随机数字表法分为联合治疗组和单一药物组,各42例。两组患者均给予草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,联合治疗组联合焦点解决团体治疗,观察8周。治疗前及治疗4周、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表及临床总体印象量表评定两组患者临床疗效及病情严重程度。结果 联合治疗组脱落8例,单一药物组脱落10例,两组患者治疗第4周、8周末汉密顿抑郁量表及临床总体印象量表评分均较治疗前降低,且联合治疗组低于单一药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 焦点解决团体治疗可进一步改善抑郁障碍患者的临床症状,减轻抑郁情绪,降低疾病严重程度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of solution-focused group therapy(SFGT)combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of depressive disorder.Methods Eighty-four patients were divided into combined treatment(CT)and single-drug treatment(SDT)group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.Both groups received escitalopram oxalate treatment,CT group was plus the SFGT,were observed for 8 weeks.Clinical effects and severities of illness were respectively evaluated with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Clinical Global Impressions Scale(CGI)before treatment and at the ends of the 4 th and 8 th week treatment.Results Eight patients dropped out in the CT and 10 in the SDT,scores on the HAMD and CGI lowered in both groups compared with pre-treatment and were lower in CT than SDT group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The SFGT could further improve clinical symptoms of depression patients,alleviate the depressive emotions,and reduce the severity of illness.
