阳光心晴管理模式对甲状腺癌手术患者心理状况癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

Effects of sunshine mood management mode on psychological status, cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery

目的 探讨阳光心晴管理模式对甲状腺癌手术患者心理状况、生活质量、癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 运用华西心晴指数量表筛查出心晴高危甲状腺癌手术患者130例,采用奇偶数字排列法将其均分为对照组和观察组各65例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规基础上给予阳光心晴管理模式,观察并比较两组患者干预前后的华西心晴指数量表、癌因性疲乏量表以及生活质量指数量表得分情况。结果 观察组干预后的华西心晴指数量表中抑郁、焦虑等维度评分以及癌因性疲乏各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 阳光心晴管理模式可以有效改善甲状腺癌手术患者不良情绪,缓解癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量,对患者获取良好预后具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effects of sunshine mood management mode(SMMM)on psychological status,cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery(TCS).Methods A total of 130 TCS patients with high risk mood were screened using Huaxi Emotional-distress Index(HEI)and were divided into control(n=65)and observation(n=65)group according to parity number arrangement,control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation was plus the SMMM on the basis of routine nursing,and scores on the HEL,Piper's Fatigue Scale(PFS)and Spitzer Quality of Life Index(SQLI)were observed and compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention scores on depression and anxiety of the HEI and all dimensions of the PFS were lower in observation than control group(P<0.05);scores on the SQLI were higher in observation than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The SMMM could effectively improve the unhealthy emotions of TCS patients,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of life,and have important significance for patients to obtain good prognosis.
