住院医师规范化培训医学人文素养培养现状调查

Investigation into the status quo of medical humanistic quality cultivated by standardized training for resident physicians

目的 了解住院医师规范化培训医学人文素养培养现状。方法 对203名住培医师采用医学人文素养问卷进行测评,对106名带教老师采用实际临床人文素养问卷进行测评,并对测评结果进行分析。方法 共115名住培医师的调查问卷有效,其中93.04%的住培医师对参加培训后自我医学人文素养较满意;大多数住培医师认为患者和家属评价及带教老师评价能够较真实的反应医学人文素养(86.09%、80.87%);他们普遍认为沟通交流能力、能考虑患者经济状况和人文背景两项指标能较真实的反应其人文素养能力(92.17%、90.43%);92.17%的住培医师认为沟通交流能力能反应其人文素养。共66位带教老师的调查问卷有效,带教老师认为,96.97%的住培医师能够遵从有利原则,从患者实际情况出发做出最有利患者的决策;92.43%的住培医师在患者表示不同意见后,能够尊重患者意见;87.88%的住培医师能与患者建立良好的互信关系;93.94%的住培医师能做到经常或总是保护患者隐私;98.49%的住培医师能遵守卫生行政规章制度和技术操作规范;92.43%的住培医师能从患者角度思考和处理问题,理解其想法和立场;93.94%的住培医师能够主动工作,及时完成相关医疗文书的书写。结论 住院医师规范化培训中医师医学人文素养培养状况较好,其中住培医师对自我医学人文素养评价较好,带教老师认为大多数住培医师能够遵从医疗规范,从有利于从患者的角度出发,建立良好沟通互信关系。

Objective To investigate the status quo of medical humanistic quality cultivated by standardized training for resident physicians(STRP).Methods Evaluations were conducted in 203 resident physicians undergoing standardized training using the Medical Humanistic Quality Questionnaire(MHQQ)and evaluation results analyzed.Results The questionnaires of 115 resident physicians were valid,of them 93.04%were satisfied with self medical humanistic quality after training;most resident physicians considered that the evaluations of patients,family members and clinical teachers could reflect medical humanistic quality relatively(86.09%and 80.87%);they generally considered that communicating ability and considering of patients'economic status and humanistic background could reflect their humanistic quality relatively(92.17%and 90.43%);92.17%of resident physicians considered that communication ability could reflect their humanistic quality.Questionnaires of 66 clinical teachers were valid,teachers considered that 96.97%of resident physicians were able to follow the favorable principle,and made the most favorable decision for patients based on the actual situation;92.43%of resident physicians respected patients'opinions after patients expressed different opinions;87.88%of resident physicians could establish a good relationship of trust with patients;93.94%of resident physicians could often or always protected patients'privacy;98.49%of resident physicians were able to abide by the health administrative rules and regulations as well as technical operation standards;92.43%of resident physicians were able to think and deal with problems from the perspective of patients and understand patients'ideas and positions;93.94%of resident physicians were able to take the initiative to complete the writing of relevant medical documents in time.Conclusion The status of medical humanistic quality cultivated by the STRP is better,self-evaluations of medical humanistic quality from resident physicians are good,and clinical teachers consider that most resident physicians are able to abide by medical standards and establish a good relationship of communication and mutual trust from the perspective of benefiting patients.
