摘要
软件研发的最终目的是交付与用户需求一致的工作产品。为了确保最终工作产品与用户需求一致,中间工作产品以及过程活动也要与用户需求一致。从需求一致性管理的角度阐述了需求管理的目标,并重新梳理了需求管理的软件工程方法:理解和承诺需求是需求管理的前提、需求追踪关系是主要管理手段、发现和解决不一致是管理重点、需求变更是管理难点。归纳了需求管理工具的典型功能。
The ultimate goal of software development is to deliver work products consistent with the user requirements.To ensure that the final work product is consistent with user requirements,intermediate work products and process activities should also be consistent with user requirements.This paper expounded the goal of requirement management from the perspective of requirement consistency management.And this paper reorganized the software engineering methods for requirement management,which are taking the understanding and commitment of requirements as the management premise,the traceability of requirements as the main method,identifying and resolving inconsistencies as the focus,and requirements changes management as the difficulty.The typical functions of requirements management tools were summarized.
