摘要 针对石油化工企业员工培训安全培训和技能培训的需求,研究基于虚拟现实形式石化装置三维仿真实训技术,利用三维数字模型构建虚拟数字化工厂,开发基于虚拟现实的分布式三维仿真实训系统,具有石化装置工艺流程三维动态模拟、开/停工三维动态模拟、重点设备结构和原理三维模拟、三维交互式考核等功能,实现石化装置可视化、流程化、交互式的三维实时培训与考核。通过虚拟现实技术模拟真实的生产作业场景及生产过程,强化员工对石化装置及事故场景真实感受,从而整体提升石化安全和技能培训的效率和效果。 Aimed at the needs of safety training and skill training for employees in petrochemical enterprises,based on the 3D simulation training technology of petrochemical plant based on virtual reality is studied.A distributed 3D simulation training system based on VR was developed by using 3D digital model to build a digital chemical plant.The functions of dynamic simulation of petrochemical plant process flow,interactive start stop simulation,3D simulation of key equipment structure and principle,and interactive 3D assessmentwere realized.The visualization,flowability and interactive 3D real-time training and assessment of petrochemical equipment were realized.Real scene and process was simulated by VR technology toenhance the employees real feelings about petrochemical devices and accident scenes,thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of petrochemical safety and skills training as a whole.
